The following recipe can be found on page 124 of Hallelujah Holiday Recipes
4 cups Ezekiel 4:9 Bread (cubed) (Found in most Health Food Stores)
2 cups onions (chopped)
2 cups celery (chopped)
1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced – optional)
¼ cup parsley flakes
1½ teaspoons marjoram
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon sage
Celtic Sea Salt to taste (optional)
3 cups veggie soup stock (see recipe on page 60 – or purchase in Health Food Store)
½ cup flaxseeds (ground)
Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and mix well. Top with ½ cup ground flaxseeds. Cook on high 45-minutes, then 4-6 hours on low – OR on high for 4-hours. ENJOY!

1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup carob powder
¼ cup sesame seeds, ground (optional)
¼ cup sunflower seeds, ground
½ cup raw almond butter
6 Medjool dates, pitted, soaked 2 hours, and drained
½ to 1 cup walnuts OR pecans, chopped
Place all ingredients in a food processor with S blade, and mix well. Press into a lightly oiled 8” square pan. Chill, cut, and serve. Keeps in refrigerator covered for several days. ENJOY!
