Did you know that the diet God gave Adam and Eve some 6,000 years ago, in Genesis 1:29 was not only the diet God had designed His human creation to be nourished with, but it was also the diet that would prevent not only head colds, but also the FLU?From the beginning, from the very creation of the human race, it was not God’s will or plan that we humans ever become sick! So God, in His infinite wisdom took this human creation and placed it in a garden. A garden this Creator God had spent the first 4-days of creation laying the groundwork for (See Genesis 1:1-19), a garden God was preparing to receive His human creation after He had created him.You can read about this garden in Genesis 2:8: “AND THE LORD GOD PLANTED A GARDEN EASTWARD IN EDEN; AND THERE HE PUT THE MAN WHOM HE HAD FORMED.”
So after God had finished creating this gorgeous garden, He creates man on the sixth day (Genesis 1:26-27), and places him in this garden the Bible calls “Eden.” And what does God tell this human creation? He tells Adam that all the food needed to properly nourish his physical body was to be provided by the plants in that garden.
You can read exactly what that diet consisted of in Genesis 1:29: “AND GOD SAID, BEHOLD, I HAVE GIVEN YOU EVERY HERB BEARING SEED (VEGETABLE), WHICH IS UPON THE FACE OF ALL THE EARTH, AND EVERY TREE IN THE WHICH IS THE FRUIT OF A TREE YIELDING SEED; TO YOU IT SHALL BE FOR MEAT (FOOD).”
This diet my friend, was not only the very diet that God, the Creator of man, in his infinite wisdom knew would be the one that would properly nourish and sustain man’s life on earth, but God also knew it was the very diet that would prevent His human creation from becoming sick.
How do we know this to be true? Because in Genesis 1:31 we read: “AND GOD SAW EVERY THING THAT HE HAD MADE, AND, BEHOLD, IT WAS VERY GOOD.”
From the very beginning, sickness was not God’s will or plan for His human creation! How do we know that? Because God said that everything He had created was “VERY GOOD.” God would not have called the “FOOD” produced by those plants in the garden He had created and told man to eat in the Genesis 1:29 diet “VERY GOOD” if it would cause sickness in His human creation.
Interestingly, in the New Testament, we learn that it was still NOT God’s will that man be sick. Listen to what the Bible says in 3 John 1:2: “BELOVED, I WISH ABOVE ALL THINGS THAT THOU MAYEST PROSPER AND BE IN HEALTH, EVEN AS THEY SOUL PROSPERETH”.
If we are supposed to “BE IN HEALTH”, why do people get sick, and why do people suffer with such illnesses as head colds and the flu?
LET’S TALK ABOUT HEAD COLDS AND THE FLU
In recent weeks, we have heard and read numerous reports encouraging people to prepare for the upcoming flu season by getting their flu shot. We are led to believe that this flu shot will prevent us from coming down with the flu.
We are told that certain citizens are especially vulnerable to complications developing from the flu. These groups would include those over 50-years of age, children ages 6-months to 5-years, and women who are pregnant. But the goal of the vaccine manufacturers and those who administer the flu shot is that all people receive an annual flu shot. All vaccinations, including the flu vaccinations, are BIG BUSINESS that brings BILLIONS of dollars into the coffers of the drug companies that manufacture the vaccines and those who administer them.
If you were to do a “Google” search of “flu shots” you would find numerous advertisements from business’ that manufacture or administer flu shots – here is a sample: “Flu shots are available at all locations anytime we’re open throughout the flu season. Most visits take about 5 minutes. The flu affects up to 60 million Americans – causing nearly 200,000 hospitalizations and 36,000 deaths – each year. THE SINGLE BEST WAY TO PREVENT THE FLU IS BY GETTING A FLU VACCINATION each fall. Make sure your family is protected.”
Why do you think there are so many, who profit from vaccinations, wanting you and members of your family to get a flu shot or any other vaccination? Friends, just follow the money! Every flu shot provides profit for someone – from the drug companies who manufacture them, to the doctor or business that injects them, to the doctors who treat the symptoms caused by the flu shot. Flu shots, as I said above, ARE BIG BUSINESS! If it was not for the profit derived from flu shots, I do not believe there would be any attempt to vaccinate the citizenry.
THE COST OF FLU SHOTS
All flu shots, as well as all other vaccinations, have a cost! If the injection is not paid for by the individual receiving it, or by an HMO, or by an insurance policy, the government pays for it. And if you think vaccinations paid for by government are FREE, you had better think again. The government cannot give anything away for FREE if it has not previously taken the money to do so from the citizens in the form of taxes. And who pays those taxes?
A lady in my church came up to me recently and showed me the cost of the drugs her doctor prescribed for her epilepsy. The cost of those drugs was $1,000 monthly. I asked her how she could possibly afford the cost of those medications, and she told me that they don’t cost her anything, that they are FREE, provided by Medicaid. I asked her where the money was coming from to pay that thousand dollar a month drug bill, and she said from you. And she is right, before the government can give away anything FREE, government must first take the money to pay for it from the people who pay taxes – you and me.
Have you noticed that some of our current presidential candidates are telling the public that if we vote for them, they will give us all kinds of government handouts – from Universal Health Care, to free college tuitions, to you name it. Why do you think they are offering all these handouts? Obviously, it is an effort to get people to vote for them! Giving out government handouts is not only a way to get elected, but also the way to stay in office, by telling people that their opponent would take away these handouts.
Our government’s sole function and responsibility should be to protect the citizenry from those who would like to destroy them or take away their freedoms. It should not be the government’s responsibility to provide health care, food stamps, tuitions for college, unemployment or retirement income, or anything else! The more the government takes on these rolls, the more dependent the people become on government, and the larger the government becomes the less freedoms we the people have. Any presidential candidate who promises to give the people anything FREE, is a person that should not be entrusted with the running of our country.
WHAT ARE THE SUPPOSED BENEFITS OF FLU SHOTS?
We are told that by receiving the flu shot, we will be protected from coming down with the flu. Earlier in this article, I shared what was on the website of a company that was administering flu shots: “The single best way to PREVENT THE FLU is by getting a flu vaccination each fall. Make sure your family is PROTECTED.”
As I shared earlier, receiving the flu shot does not guarantee that a person who has received a flu shot will not develop the flu. And then there are different strains of flu, and almost always, the flu strain for which that flu shot was designed to protect against, has already taken on a new form by the time the vaccine is administered. A strain the current flu shot was not designed to protect against. Thus the shot is worthless at best, and potentially dangerous at worst.
WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF FLU SHOTS?
If you will Google “flu shot dangers” you will be absolutely amazed at all the information that is available, telling of the potential dangers of allowing flu vaccine to be injected into the blood stream.
For the past two Health Tips, #520 and #521, we have shared the dangers inherent in flu shots. You will find both of these articles in the Health Tip “Archives” at www.hacres.com. Following are some of the potential contaminates found in flu vaccine: viruses, viral fragments, bacteria, and mycoplasma and mercury, and if a person receives a flu shot yearly for five years in a row, it increases their risk of Alzheimer’s disease, in those over age 55, some 10 fold.
Before we go any further, I want to share that prior to adopting The Hallelujah Diet and LifestyleSM 32-years ago, I experienced several head colds each year, as well as the flu most every winter. Since making the diet change 32-years ago, I have not experienced a single cold, nor have I suffered with the flu, not even one time. My wife Rhonda also suffered with head colds and the flu annually prior to adopting The Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle 16-years ago. Since making the diet change, she has not experienced a single cold, or the flu, even one time.
I have personally known 3 adult individuals who did not have the flu, but after receiving their flu shot, developed the flu, and died as a result of the complications. Personally, the only way anyone would ever be able to inject flu vaccine into my blood stream, would be over my dead body!
THE BIBLE SAYS: “THE LIFE OF THE FLESH IS IN THE BLOOD.”
That’s what Leviticus 17:11 says! And when we allow a toxic substance, and all vaccines containing toxic substances, to be injected into our blood system, we are asking for trouble. God designed our blood system to be free flowing, and to be free of poisons.
HOW DOES ADAM AND EVE’S DIET PREVENT COLDS AND THE FLU?
The physical body we each possess is comprised of some one hundred trillion living cells that are constantly dying and replacing themselves at the rate of approximately three hundred million cells per minute. Everything our physical body is comprised of is made of these living cells, including our immune system.
As these living cells die and replace, the quality of the new cell, which is replacing the old cell, is dependent on the building materials available to it as it dies and replaces. The Standard American Diet (SAD) is a predominantly dead (cooked) food diet, and dead (cooked) food cannot provide proper building material for living cells. Our immune system, given us by God to protect us from germs, viruses and bacteria, is comprised of these living cells.
On the SAD, as the old cells die and are replaced by new cells, the immune system becomes too weak to defend the body against the flu virus, and the person experiences flu symptoms, and often complications. But on the Adam and Eve diet, the diet God gave His human creation; the immune system is kept strong and protective, and able to resist the flu virus, and thus prevent the flu without any toxic flu vaccine being injected into the blood system.
I do not know of anyone who has been on The Hallelujah Diet, a diet based on the Adam and Eve diet as found in the Bible in Genesis 1:29, who after a few months to a year on the diet, ever developed a head cold or the flu ever again. How long will it take for we humans to realize that God had it right from the very beginning? How long will it take for we humans to turn BACK TO THE GARDEN diet, and start nourishing our bodies with the foods God designed our bodies to be nourished with, so that we can experience the ultimate health God designed for His human creation?
